View Responses to Additional Forms

Additional forms are designed with enhanced features that offer flexibility for gathering and reviewing responses. While they function like standard forms, they allow admins to view individual student submissions directly from their profiles. Learn more about creating additional forms here.
View Individual Responses from a Student's Profile
Open the profile of the resident whose additional form response you wish to view. Click Additional Forms.
All previously submitted and pending additional forms from the profile are displayed here.
Click the expand arrow next to the form to view its questions and the resident’s responses.
View All Responses from a Form
In addition to viewing responses from a resident's profile, you can also access response information directly from the form. See here for general information on viewing responses to a form.
