Housing.Cloud provides comprehensive reporting across occupancy, inventory, residents, applications, tasks, meal plans, transactions, keys, notes, and moving groups. Each report category gives you operational visibility into different aspects of your housing operations.

Occupancy Reports

Track bed and building utilization across campus to monitor availability, analyze trends, and report on capacity.

Building Status Report — Current occupancy numbers for each building against total and working capacity, filterable by cycle.

Building Gender Distribution — Resident demographics by gender with occupancy numbers, availability, working capacity, and offline beds.

Basic Report — Fundamental occupancy metrics for each building including total residents, capacity levels, and availability status.

Basic Overview Report — Comprehensive occupancy statistics across all buildings with key performance indicators and vacancy rates.

Historical Occupancy Data — Occupancy trends over time showing how building utilization has changed across different periods.

Historical Based on School Year — Occupancy patterns segmented by academic terms with year-over-year comparison.

Historical Based on Gender — Historical occupancy trends broken down by gender over specified time periods.

Occupancy by Building Variation — Comparison across buildings by variation type to identify outliers and utilization patterns.

Occupancy by Bed Variation — Current occupancy by bed variation to identify high-demand or surplus room configurations.

Trending Occupancy Changes — Directional changes in occupancy over time across buildings and room types.

Room by Student Type Tags — Occupancy data filtered by student type tags to understand population distribution.

Partially Occupied Room Report — Rooms with at least one occupied bed and one vacancy for consolidation opportunities.

Cancelled Residency Report — Residents whose assignments have been cancelled within a selected cycle.

Open Bed Report — All unoccupied beds with location details and availability status.

Bed Availability Report — Available beds across campus at a point in time, filterable by building and cycle.

Inventory Reports

View room and bed assets across buildings including configurations, availability, and physical characteristics.

Basic Inventory Report — Total room count and bed capacity for each building, including offline and available bed counts.

Open / Empty Bed Report — All unoccupied beds with location details and availability status for vacancy tracking.

Room Variation Report — Inventory breakdown by room variation type (single, double, suite, etc.).

Quarterly Inventory Overview — Room and bed inventory summarized quarterly for administrative reporting.

Room Block Report — Details on blocked rooms taken offline or reserved for specific purposes.

Building Count per Tags — Building inventory aggregated by custom tags.
