Viewing Student Staff Interactions

Interactions is a powerful tool that allows student staff to record interactions with one or more students. Housing admins with appropriate permissions can view all interactions for every student, whereas student staff can only view interactions that they have personally recorded. 

In Housing.Cloud, the housing admin, manages and oversees residential operations and logistics within the platform. This includes managing resident information, handling housing assignments, overseeing student staff interactions, and ensuring smooth operations across various aspects of residential life​.

In the admin portal, Interactions with residents can be viewed in two ways:

1. View all interactions involving a specific resident
2. View interactions recorded by a specific student staff member

Viewing Interactions Involving a Specific Resident

1. Click Profiles on the navigation panel.
   
   
   
2. Open the individual resident profile.
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll to the bottom of the student profile to locate all recorded interactions.
   
   
   

Viewing Interactions Recorded by a Specific Student Staff

1. Click Student Staff on the navigation panel.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose the student staff member.
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll down to Interactions to see all interactions recorded by that staff member.
   
   
   

You can also see some markers like Requires Follow-up by Me along with the interactions. These are marked by the student staff, which provides insight into the interaction status.
