Tags in Forms

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Tags are a powerful tool for categorizing residents based on their application responses. By configuring tags within an application form or student biography form, housing administrators can automate the assignment of tags to students, streamlining the process of grouping residents and optimizing housing assignments. Tags used in tasks, additional forms, or recruitment forms cannot be configured to assign tags to a student profile.

Additionally, tags can be used to set conditions, allowing specific questions to appear based on a student's assigned tags. This dynamic functionality enhances the form experience by tailoring questions to individual needs or preferences.
