Create a Form

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Creating forms allows you to collect and manage key student information, such as housing applications, roommate preferences, and student requests. Forms are built using intuitive drag-and-drop tools that let you customize sections, questions, and conditions to suit your institution’s needs.

With flexible elements, tagging options, and conditional logic, you can tailor each form to align with housing policies and ensure accurate data collection. Learn more about form types here.

Click Setup in the navigation panel and elect Forms from the submenu.

Click + New Form and select Create New Form
