Viewing a Resident Roster, for Student Staff

In Housing.Cloud, a resident roster, allows student staff and admins to view a list of residents assigned to a specific housing unit or community. This roster provides details about each resident, including contact information, current room assignments, and roommate information.
Steps to View a Resident Roster
These are the steps to view a resident roaster:
- To access the student staff's roaster, click Staff on the screen.
- Click Roster on the navigation panel.
- A list of assigned residents will populate the screen below.
- Easily search for a specific resident on your roster in the search bar.
Note: Some schools have configured Housing.Cloud so that Student staff can also search for other students who are not assigned to them using the search bar.
Students on the assigned roster will appear with a white contact card and students not on the assigned roster will appear with a grey contact card.

Access a more detailed profile of the resident by clicking the three-dot menu and selecting View Details.
- Access contact information, current room assignments, and roommate information from the details page.
