Assign Tags to Buildings, Suites, and Rooms

Tags assigned to buildings, suites, and rooms are interconnected to ensure your physical spaces are accurately and consistently represented across the system.
Tags assigned or removed at the building level cascade to all associated suites and rooms within that building. Similarly, tags assigned to suites are automatically applied to all rooms within that suite block. Tags assigned directly to rooms are exclusive to that specific room and do not affect the suite or building. This cascading system provides flexibility for precise tagging and adjustments.
Go to the specific inventory section (Buildings, Suites, or Rooms) you want to manage.
Click the name of the inventory item to access its detailed view.
Assign a Tag
Click + Tag to access previously created inventory tags.
Building: Tags automatically assigned to all suites and rooms within the building.
Suite: Tags automatically assigned to all rooms within the suite but do not apply to the entire building.
Room: Tags assigned only to the specific room and do not cascade to the suite or building.
Click + Tag and select the appropriate tag to assign to the entity.
The selected tag is now assigned to the inventory entity.
Remove a Tag
Click the x icon on the tag you wish to remove.
Note: Removing a tag from a top-level entity will automatically remove it from all associated entities below it in the hierarchy.
The tag is now removed from the entity.
