Require Residents to Update Their Phone Number During Profile Confirmation

Depending on your institution's system integrations, you may choose to allow or disallow residents from updating their contact information directly in Housing.Cloud. If enabled, students can edit their phone number during the profile confirmation stage of the housing application.
Select Profile Fields from the Setup section of the admin portal.
Click Config to access configuration settings.
Click the checkbox to enable/disable the editable profile field.
With the field enabled, residents will now be able to update their phone numbers when starting an application in the Resident Portal
Requirement Enabled
The phone number text field is editable and can be updated by the resident directly.
Requirement Disabled
The text box is not editable. If a resident needs to update their number, they may request an edit, and staff can update it manually.
