Share an Application Directly to a Student

A quick way to get an application in the hands of a student is by sharing the application link. Links can be shared with students individually or sent out to groups, allowing them to gain direct access through their Resident Portal.
Generate the Application Link
Click Housing Cycles under Setup section of the admin portal.
Click the share link icon next to application you would like to share. The link is now copied to your clipboard to paste in your message to the student(s).
Share the Application Link
Application links can be shared with students individually, such as via email, or with a group of students through the updates feed on the Resident Portal dashboard.
When a student opens the link while signed in, the application will then populate in their Current Applications section in the resident portal and have access to the application based on your housing cycle period.
