Add Media to Room or Bed Variations

You can attach multiple media items to each variation and choose between uploading a file or linking to an externally hosted image.

Access Inventory Variations

Navigate to the Setup section of the Admin Portal and select Inventory Management. Click the Inventory Variations tab.

Find the variation you want to update and click the three-dot icon (⋮) next to the variation. Select Add Media.

Select Media

Inventory variations can have one or more media items attached at a time, either by direct file upload or URL link. Media added to a variation will apply to all rooms or beds using that variation and will appear in both the admin portal and resident portal.

Link Media

Choose a media type (e.g. Floor Plan, Image, Other) and paste a direct URL to an image or hosted file. Name the file.

File Upload

Choose a media type, then select a file from your device.

The media will upload and display in the media section.

Note: You can add multiple media items at once. Remove any item using the trash icon.

Click Save to add your selected media items.

The uploaded media or linked media will now appear in the variation details.

Manage Media

After media has been added to a variation, it can be updated or removed at any time.

Click a media item in the variation’s detail view to access available options.

The media management panel will display additional actions.

Select Make Primary to set that image as the main visual for the variation. This image will be prioritized wherever the variation appears.

Select Delete to remove the media item from the variation.
