Do you provide branching logic based on tags?

Do you provide branching logic based on tags?  I want to display specific fields in an application when a student selects certain options. For example, if a student indicates they need handicap support, can we prompt them to fill out additional forms?

Presently, we do not have any branch logic built into our tags.
