Resident Portal Overview

Last updated: August 28, 2026

The Resident Portal is a centralized platform for students and residents to manage their housing needs from their first application to their final move-out. Designed for accessibility and ease of use, the portal works seamlessly across desktop and mobile browsers—no app downloads required—and integrates with your institution’s single sign-on system for secure access.

Each institution receives a custom Resident Portal URL (e.g., https://yourschool.housing.cloud),  tailored with your school’s logo and name for a fully branded experience. The intuitive interface ensures residents can navigate with ease, leveraging familiar design elements similar to other online platforms.
