Nelnet: Quikpay

Housing.Cloud is capable of integrating with Nelnets's Quikpay product to allow Institutions to charge residents directly during the housing application process.

 

Setup

  1. The Institution will provide the necessary Nelnet configuration documents which include:
    1. Order Type
    2. Pass Through URL Base
    3. Shared Secret
  2. A Housing.Cloud member will configure the integration for the particular environment
    1. Note: Housing.Cloud will need separate credentials for sandbox and production environments
  3. The Institution's Housing Administrator will then be able to Configure Housing Cycle Fees

Technical Configurations

  • It is the responsibility of Nelnet to push back transaction information to the Institution's Student Information System
