Normal vs. Compact Mode: Choosing Your View
Last updated: August 28, 2026
When working with data in Housing.Cloud, you can choose between two viewing options: Normal mode and compact mode. Each offers a unique layout designed to suit different needs, whether you prefer more space for clarity or a denser view to manage larger datasets. Here’s a quick guide to help you decide which mode works best for you.
Click your profile picture at the top of any screen in the admin portal. On the resulting modal window, select one of the two view options: compact mode and normal mode.

Compact mode offers a layout that allows users to view more data at once, delivering an Excel-like experience that enhances data management. This feature is especially advantageous for users handling large datasets within Housing.Cloud, maximizing screen real estate and streamlining workflows.

Normal mode provides a layout that offers generous spacing between rows and datasets, helping users easily distinguish key data points. This layout ensures that information is presented in a way that’s easy to scan and navigate, offering a comfortable viewing experience.
