Filter Data Tables
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Filtering allows administrators to quickly narrow down and focus on specific data within tables, making it easier to manage and review information efficiently.
Access Filters
After accessing your data table, click the Filters button to open the filtering panel.

All columns in the table can be filtered. Use the slide-out filter panel to explore the available options.

Click the arrow next to a column name to expand and view the filter options specific to that column.

Add Filters
Use the checkboxes to select the specific data you want to filter for that column.

- Checkbox toggled on: The data will be present in the table.
- Checkbox toggled off: The data will not be present in the table.
Use the search bar in the filter panel to quickly locate specific filtering options for a column.

Only the data associated with the selected column will be displayed in the filtering options at this time.

The Filters button dynamically displays the number of active filters currently applied to the table.

Remove Filters
Click Clear Filters to remove all active filters and restore the table to its original view.

The data table now presents all original data without filters.

Create Custom Views
Custom views allow you to save filtered table settings for quick access later. Once created, views can be shared or exported, making it easier to organize and analyze data for specific use cases.
